Short version: the quote form goes to our inbox, the site counts visits without cookies, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Enveil Auto Styling is an owner-operated window tint, paint protection film and vinyl wrap shop in Pasadena, California. This policy covers enveilautostyling.com and the quote form on it. Questions about it go to skye@enveilautostyling.com.
Quote requests. When you send the quote form we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're asking about, your vehicle's year, make and model (or the property type for architectural film), a business name if you give one, and your message.
Site usage. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, the browser and device type and a coarse location derived from your IP address. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Error reports. We use Sentry to find out when the site breaks. If an error happens on a page you're viewing, Sentry receives the technical details and a replay of what that page looked like at the time, which can include anything you had typed into a form. Ordinary visits without an error are not recorded.
To answer your quote and, if you go ahead, to book the work and keep a record of it for the warranty. To keep the site running and fix it when it breaks. Nothing else: we don't advertise to you, build profiles or sell your details.
The site runs on Vercel, which hosts it and provides the analytics. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. Error reports go to Sentry. Each of these processes data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Quote requests are kept for 12 months from our last contact with you, so we can pick the conversation back up if you come back. If you become a customer, the record of the job is kept for the life of its warranty and for as long as tax law requires. Analytics are aggregate counts with no name attached. Error reports are deleted by Sentry after 90 days.
Email skye@enveilautostyling.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we'll do so unless a warranty or tax record means we have to keep part of it. If you'd rather not use the form at all, call or text (626) 818-4473 instead.
The site isn't aimed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their details. If a minor has sent us a quote request, let us know and we'll delete it.
